The delegation-send-to-address
command in Mintlayer is used to send coins from a specific delegation ID (that you own) to a designated address. This action effectively stops staking the specified amount of coins. It is important to note that stopping the delegation of coins requires a lock period.
Note: This operation incurs in a 7200-block maturity period, which means the tokens are frozen for about 10 days.
